The Tee Box Policy

Simulator Equipment Policy

Only golf balls provided by The Tee Box LLC may be used during simulator play. Personal golf balls are strictly prohibited.

All golf clubs must be clean and free of dirt, grass, debris, moisture, or other substances prior to use in the simulator bays. This policy helps protect simulator screens, turf, and tracking equipment while ensuring accurate simulator performance.

Failure to comply with these equipment requirements may result in suspension or termination of simulator use without refund.

Scheduled Session Policy

Simulator sessions are limited to the reserved booking time selected at checkout.

Once a scheduled session has ended, additional time cannot be added if it interferes with or delays another reservation. Guests are expected to conclude play, collect personal belongings, and vacate the simulator area promptly at the end of their reservation out of respect for other guests and facility scheduling.

Failure to leave the simulator area on time may result in additional fees and/or restrictions on future bookings.

Minor & Children Policy

Any guest under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign this waiver prior to participation.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring compliance with all facility rules and safety procedures.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Late cancellations and no-show reservations may result in forfeiture of all or part of the booking payment.

Refunds are not guaranteed for missed reservations, late arrivals, or early departures.

BYOB Policy

The Tee Box LLC does not sell alcoholic beverages.

Guests who choose to bring or consume alcohol on the premises must be of legal drinking age and agree to do so responsibly. Alcohol consumption is entirely at the guest’s own risk and must not interfere with the safe and respectful use of the facility.

Management reserves the right to:

• Verify identification
• Refuse entry or service
• End a simulator session without refund
• Remove any guest displaying intoxicated, unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
