1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By entering and using this facility, guests acknowledge that participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Injuries caused by swinging golf clubs
• Struck or ricocheting golf balls
• Slips, trips, or falls
• Equipment malfunction
• Contact with other participants

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the facility and equipment and agree not to hold The Tee Box LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates liable for any injury, accident, loss, or property damage except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

2. Damage Responsibility

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by intentional misuse, reckless behavior, or negligence involving simulator equipment or facility property, including but not limited to:

• Simulator screens
• Launch monitors
• Golf clubs
• Computers and electronics
• Furniture and fixtures
• Turf and bay structures
